The service team at Volvo are awesome! They always answered my phone calls so happy and nice. I needed a new battery and were quick to install it. Great experience!!
Wonderful people; wonderful customer service; unbeatable prices; overall great experience! I would recommend Acura and Volvo of Athens to everyone, not just Athens residents. Everyone was so polite, respectful, not pushy, appeared to be happy and enjoying their job and seemed to want to be there to please customers.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and it's staff. My husband and I haven't even purchased a car yet, but we hope to today! Charles Russell (our sales associate) has been absolutely incredible, he has never been pushy, but encouraging and helpful the entire way. Charles and Phil have listened to our needs and done everything to get us in the car we want at a price we can afford. Oh, and they let us bring our 10 week old Golden Retriever into the dealership. 10/10 recommend.

I made an appointment a few days ahead of time. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted, the paperwork was ready, my loaner car brought to the door of the service department and I was on my way. I had been told my car wouldn't be ready until the following day, but to my delight, I received a call saying my car would be ready the same afternoon. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted by name, paperwork ready and the service manager even took the time to answer a couple of questions for me. I was on my way in no time. A wonderful experience!!!
