I've taken my car here for all but one service. Everyone has always been nice, until today. I had a 4:00 appointment and was immediately greeted when I arrived. My advisor was Erin but she was busy so she TOLD the man helping me to check me in. The gentleman told me that it wouldn't be longer than 45 minutes because they weren't busy.1.5 hours later, I've gotten anxious and worried that something is wrong with me car. I approach Erin and ask how much longer it would be and she has no clue. She says that she didn't check me in so she didn't know. Finally under a stack of papers she found my paperwork that she had been holding onto for who knows how long. This is unacceptable.
I called the dealership before driving out there to make sure they had the specific car that I was looking for as well to negotiate the terms of the purchase. A lot of dealerships will say one thing and then try and do another.The Phil Hughes team did everything they promised and delivered the vehicle that I was looking for at a competitive price! I drove 2 hours to purchase from them and will do so in the future when I am in the market for another Honda. I highly recommend the team at Phil Hughes.

Outstanding customer service. We bought a new Odyssey for our family. Worked with salesperson Ty for 2 days, he was not pushy at all. He showed us many vehicles, trim options and never seemed impatient. He was an excellent mediator between us and the Honda staff. Ty kept working until our payments were manageable and our interest rate was low. Highly recommend this dealership and can't say enough about Ty!!
