My husband and I came in last week to look at a new car. We did not expect to be able to get one due to crummy credit because of medical bills. We had been to a Kia dealer in Augusta a year ago and they could not help us and even suggested we default on our loan with the car we currently had. We are not thieves and walked away from this even though we NEEDED a dependable car.
I almost bought my car here. Ronnie Pratt and Jonathan Pace in sales are great!! I have dealt with the service department since. If you're looking for a car, get a Kia!! I love mine and am thrilled to have a great place like Bulldog Kia to keep it in tip top shape.
We went last week to look at a used Kia priced at 11,900. We were going to buy it and asked for the best cash price out the door. They came back with 14,000!!!! How in the world is that the best cash offer? How the heck they came up with 2,100 in taxes fees, I'll never understand but it sounded like they were ripping us off. We went down the road to the Toyota dealership and found the exact same used car, only lower mileage, better condition, etc for over $2,000 cheaper out the door. Definitely do your homework before shopping here. The car we were looking at also had an "auction" sticker on it, but the salesperson swore up and down that it wasn't going to the auction - even though it was parked in the way back dirt lot.
This Kia Dealership is simply the best... and Joe Lewis is simply the best customer service/sales rep there. He takes joy in his job, in helping you find the best solution for you and your family. Go visit, you won't be sorry.
Last week we spoke with Ronnie Pratt and he worked so hard to get us in something affordable but that we also would be happy with. We were able to get a 2016 Kia Soul in our budget. I got a call yesterday from Ronnie that was a blessing! He was able to reduce our payment by $100 a month and in a 2017 Kia Soul!!!! Really???? When does that ever happen? I cannot give this dealership and Ronnie Pratt enough praise!! After the shady advice of the previous year we are in shock! This dealership and Ronnie will are truly a credit to KIA!!
