I was never pushed to upgrade my choice in vehicles. I knew I wanted to make a change, but waited until the time was right for me. I went from owning a 2002 Acura TL to owning a lower mileage, single previous owner 2007 Acura TL that happened to become available at the time I was considering this change. There was no pressure, but simply open and honest conversation about what seemed best from my perspective. I am thoroughly pleased with the choice, the timing and the service of Acura of Athens throughout the entire time and processing of this transaction. I could not be happier with the trade-in value I received for my older car. I chose to pay in full and was able to complete this transaction in a timely or orderly manner, thanks to the professional management and sales staff of this dealership. Acura of Athens has superior service, easy to schedule appointments, the complimentary car wash is a plus, they have very nice waiting area with a t.v. and different snacks & beverages. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome. I Love You Guys!
I came to this dealership expecting to buy a lightly used Acura ILX and ended up purchasing a brand new ILX. Who would have thought? The cash allowance offered to me was unheard of, and certainly beat other Acura dealerships in the metro Atlanta area by a large margin. Justin Baker, my sales consultant, and Josh Motes, the business manager, were very helpful, patient with my questions, and transparent throughout the whole process. Prior to visiting Acura of Athens, I visited two other Acura dealerships in the metro Atlanta, and my experience in Athens surpassed all others. I appreciate that this isn't a huge dealership with dozens of sales consultants and several hundred new cars. I had a much better sense of community, quality, and care than other large volume dealers, moving people in and out. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of an Acura and a quality experience.
Acura of Athens has been very accommodating during the recall of my Acura for the airbag. Diana Perez was very helpful, and did everything she could to make this situation with the airbag less of a burden. She helped provide us with an acceptable car we could drive since we could not drive the Acura. She had the car delivered and when my Acura's battery died she sent someone to pick it up when the airbag finally came in.
Athens Acura Service has always provided me with excellent service. The staff is professional, friendly, and easily accessible. My experiences with them have been totally positive. One big reason to buy an Acura is because you will always receive good service!
