I live in New Orleans and I recently bought a used Chevy SS from Athens BMW in Georgia. Buying a used car out of state was something that made me nervous seeing that I was not able to see the car in person until I made the flight out to the dealership. Well, I can say that Athens BMW did everything to make this purchase enjoyable. Justin Octavi was the salesman that helped me and was nice, knowledgeable, and was able to work with me on the price to get it where I needed to be. Justin and I had to do all of our communications and negotiations over the phone, text and email and he was always available and polite through all the back and fourth. He arranged Reggie Hammond to pick me up from the Atlanta airport, which is about an hour away, and he was a pleasure to ride with and did a great job. When I got to the dealership the car was in pristine condition, as advertised, and I was able to get on the road quickly which I wanted so I can make the long trip back home. Christina helped me with all the finance paperwork and was also very nice and helpful. A+ from everyone that I dealt with at the dealership. At no point did I feel like I was being "sold to" and I felt like everyone was on my side and trying to help. I would 100% buy from this dealership again if I was in the market for another car. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.
