They seem to care, well organized. Heather and the Collision team are great! They do what they say and they are always friendly. Justin in sales was friendly and helpful without out the pressure. I've been to several dealerships in the area and this one beats them hands down in all categories!
We had a great experience at Athens Ford! I am a first time car buyer and was very apprehensive going into the process. We worked with Scott Cochran and he helped alleviate the stress of the situation! We was extremely helpful in making sure the vehicles we looked at met our needs in our price range. I would not give this collision center one star! They basically called me a liar and refused to correct the error they made! I purchased my truck NEW and have owned the truck for 7 years, after taking my truck in for repairs it now has different door panels on the rear doors, I pointed this out when there to pick up my vehicle and they told me it was the panel that come off my previous door. Now I have owned this truck for 7 years, tell me what manufacturer sells vehicles with different door panels and what customer owning the vehicle would not notice that! Now look at the pictures I uploaded and tell me Ford would 1. Manufacture and Sale a vehicle looking like this and 2.What consumer would not notice this! If the truck would have looked like this when I purchased it, it would have stayed on the dealers lot. I would never purchase a vehicle that had mismatched door panels. Now Ford is sending me treatening letters of lawsuit because I placed a stop payment on the check and will not return my calls. Who would pay for something like this! NOT ME! I will use the money to purchase and install the correct door panel that matches the one that came from the Manufacture. THIS DEALERSHIP AND COLLISION CENTER is the WORST I have ever experienced and will NEVER even think about doing business of any kind with them again!!!!!!!!
Made appointment day before. Great experience. Arrived at my appointment at two pm , waited for a representative for someone to acknowledge me and after five minutes waiting a service technician said he would get someone. Someone did arrive shortly and I told him about my appointment. I waited for about an hour for my oil change and saw my truck being pulled around. Waited fifteen minutes more for someone to tell me everything was finished and pick up my truck. No one called so I headed into the service waiting area and the representative said my paper would be ready in five minutes if I wanted to wait. Service was good but could work on organization and communication to better serve.
