Absolutely love the store service was horrible had a rude cashier couldnt go to the pink app on my phone because of my data going slow at the time tried to use a friends phone to upload it she became very rude about the situation saying hunnie come on next time you need to have it together and be prepared! Very rude ! That's why it's a one star today !
I have never felt more ignored and/or disregarded in a store before. I wasted 30 minutes trying to get someone's attention and help while these people walked straight passed me as if I were invisible. I repeatedly said "Excuse me!" very loudly several times, and although several employees looked straight at me, apparently I wasn't worth their time or business. I've never had a store make me feel ugly and insignificant before, but today that is exactly what this place accomplished.
I'd ask if their customer service could be any worse, but they would probably take that as a challenge to be even less engaging. Nobody seemed to care if I was there or not, so I left. I'll go somewhere where the employees realize that customers are the reason they have jobs.
Don't go to this location if you want to use any sort of promo. They are rude and are always "out" of free promo items. They will literally lie about return policy and promos.
