I CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF THE CLOTHES IN THIS STORE. NOT TO MENTION THE EMPLOYEES THERE THAT ARE ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP YOU FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!
This place is awesome. They will even let you check out on the floor (avoiding the line) if you are paying with a card. I withheld one star because I favor the website. With free returns, it's hard to beat, and the selection is better.

Absolutely ridiculous. I received shoes as a gift. I had no receipt. They were the wrong size. I walked in to do an even exchange. The lady told me that they would have to send me a store credit in the MAIL. Why would I want to return them, wait for the store credit in the mail and drive 30 min back to the store to get the exact same pair of shoes in just a different size. I would understand completely if I was asking for a cash refund, but I just needed a different size. Complete Bullshit
