I went to Lane Bryant a little over a week ago and my experience was awesome! I was shopping for bras and hadn't been measured in a while. Kim greeted us immediately and went to work! She helped me find a bra that was very comfortable and for a decent price. I also had a coupon that I printed off line and it didn't go through at first but she kept trying and eventually it worked and I was able to use it. She was very warm and friendly and made the overall experience very pleasant. The store was very neat and clean and the other sales staff seemed very nice. Glad I came to this one instead of the one in Commerce and I will be back!
