I was not greeted upon entering the store even though the sales associate made eye contact with me. Even after a family of three left, and I was the only person left in the store, still no greeting. It was not until I had been in the store for several minutes and gone to the back of the store was I even asked if I could be helped. I wonder why then? Fear of theft? After I turned down the offer of assistance, the manager and sales associate proceeded to have a personal conversation of which I could hear every word. When the manager finally came over, I hit the roof for receiving such discourteous service. I have called the corporate office as I promised her I would.
