I never ever write bad reviews, but I really don't want anyone else to have to go through what happened to us. Just avoid this location all together.
We came in at the very last minute to get two suits for my brother and I for our Dad's funeral. Joseph was our attendant and he was absolutely superb. We were able to get nice, affordable suits, and get them hemmed and ready to wear that afternoon only a few hours after the purchase. He made a really difficult situation much more manageable, and I am grateful he was able to take this item off of my family's plate of things to do. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Went in today. Store manager helped me out. Knowledgeable and a perfect choice on clothes. In and out fast. I thought they were awsome and I'll go back . I would also recommend them to anyone.
This was honestly the worst retail experience I have ever had. The management is poor and only had 2 staff members scheduled on a busy Saturday morning in the middle of Prom and Wedding season. Everyone in the store had to wait almost 2 hours. Also, if you're planning on purchasing a suit or setting up a retail group for your wedding, DO NOT DO IT. Their computer system is archaic and you risk all of your information being deleted out of the system. The employee who helped set up our retail group was let go and our retail group was cancelled along with all of the information that we had spent hours in the store setting up. Men's Wearhouse Corporate is just about as helpful as the paint on a wall.

These people have the worst customer service skills. They are very rude if you can go to another men’s warehouse go don’t use this one in Athens you will be highly disappointed. I️ have so far spent over 600+in tuxedo rental and still have three more tuxes to go. Angela is the worst of them all!!!!
