Ordered a burrito and drink and both were delivered wrong. Had to remake order. Got burrito right on second go around. Got the right drink second time but they did extra ice instead of easy ice as ordered. Very poor service.
Great place, good food, good value, fun relaxing environment. Great place for family and kids. Dine in, outdoor seating, drive thru, and car hop service. Friendly servers. Just a great experience.
The food came out quickly. It was hot and tasty.
Came to Sonic at 11:30 on a UGA gameday. Waited for 15 minutes at a car spot and continuously pressed the red button with no service, so we thought it was a glitch since they are open to 12, and pulled into another parking spot. Soon overheard a worker telling the customers sitting down that they were no longer serving food. So we frustratingly pulled out and around the building to then see that they were still serving food from the drive-thru but due to layout design we could not wrap around. Left upset and hungry.
Coating on onion rings too sweet. Didn't ask nor offer any condiments and only gave me 1 napkin and it was in the bottom of my sack so I didn't find that til I got home and had eaten almost everything. Food is good though and always hot. Wish they'd offer something other than iceberg lettuce though.
