Delicious wings and amazing calzones. For some reason you have to pay extra to get ricotta cheese in your calzone. I've never had a calzone without ricotta... that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
I ordered a pizza from Amici and when it arrived it had parmesan on it despite the fact that I had not ordered parmesan on my pizza. My order of boneless wings also arrived as bone-in wings. When I called to ask about this, the manager informed me that they always put parmesan on their pizzas. I do not see this indicated anywhere on the website or the delivery company's website through which I ordered. The manager also told me that I had to re-order my wings through my delivery service in order to resolve the issue despite the fact that their restaurant staff fulfilled the order incorrectly.
Good food, friendly staff. Everyone is so cool.
I'm very upset with how the manager handled this and frustrated that I placed a $50 order and did not receive adequate customer support.
It's OK and a pleasant place to go. Have been about 6-7 times now, sometimes the food quality is hit or miss... meaning excellent to simply average.
Though the food was good, there was a fairly long wait to get it and before all of the people at our table had even finished eating who I assume was the manager told us since some of us were "Just on our phones" we needed to hurry and wrap it up so they could seat a large party where we had also waited to sit and eat. 2/5 because although the food was good in my opinion it's not a very good business practice to tell people to hurry and finish eating so other people can be seated where we had waited our turn to eat and overall spent more time waiting on food than eating.
