This park is right outside Athens and much better than the WOW park in Athens. It has a merry go round that actually spins, a covered picnic area, and you can see your kids wherever in the park they are. Plus there is almost always other kids to play with (at least at lunchtime).

We went to the Winterville Marigold Festival on May 20th of 2017. It was an amazing experience, so many things to do in such a small and charming town. There was a parade, live music, vendors, classic cars and food. The food was delicious and the crafts are of high quality. The parade was fun to watch and gave us a very favorable impression of the people of Winterville.
