I was a long time customer of this establishment. They have always treated me good, however recently I brought in 4 shirts all of which had stains. I asked them explicitly whether they could remove them and was assured they could. None of the stains came out and when I went back and asked for a refund was told "we tried" and they refused the refund. They made a very bad business decision as I will no longer patronize a business that does not back what they promise. Very disappointing.
