Burn marks, destroyed buttons, creases everywhere...oh and they tried to give me somebody else's clothes too. Was also given the wrong receipt, so now I can't get a refund for my damaged shirts. A toddler could do a better job than them.
I did not ask them to fix the issue because it should be done correct the first time.
However, all of my shirts and one pants, that I dropped off were not properly pressed. The first mistakes were on the yoke ( the back side of my shirts under the collar). There were a ton of wrinkles that had not been cleared off. At the cuff area, there was wrinkles and not properly pressed. The pants had seemed to been pressed and cleaned but the crease lines were terrible. It seem that the person taking care of my pants attempted to make one single crease but instead put three creases.
I would have given a 5 stars if the performance of service met the performance promise delivery time.
DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Brought in two garments (one silk and linen dress, the other a handmade vintage dress). Was charged $20 and when I inspected the garments on-site, they looked EXACTLY the same. Apparently, regardless of the stain or material, they just dry clean everything. There is no diagnostic work or hand washing. Basically, I paid someone $20 to set the stains I had asked them to remove. The attendant offered to "try again", but seriously? They ruined my garments! And I paid for the privilege. I have little chance now of removing those stains. That vintage dress was irreplaceable. Life lesson: Never trust a business owner who blares Rush Limbaugh. Republicans are scammers.

Friendly staff but horrible cleaners. Multiple shirts came back looking terrible.
