Wish I could give zero stars. Employees were very rude and unprofessional I will not return until one specific woman is GONE. I mistakenly put my clothes in a "reserved" dryer and she rudely commanded me to take them out because that is her dryer and she has clothes to dry. Once again very rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. She is not a people person and DOES NOT know how to talk to people, this is definetly not the job for her!!!
Gave me all of my clothes back very wrinkled and they said that they must of been "really busy and forgot about them in the dryer." said I would have to pay for them to get cleaned again if I didn't want them wrinkled.
They removed the smaller top loaders and did not replace them. FYI if you prefer to wash in a top loader versus a front loader. Only other feedback....I wish they did not let people block/park in the drive thru if they are NOT picking up dry cleaning. Too many times I get stuck behind someone who decided to park and get out if they are going to take longer than a few minutes. I actually stopped going for a while because this was happening a lot and felt the staff did not care when I asked the person parked to move and they disregard my request.
I never write reviews so you know how furious I am. Wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience ever. Said that my dress shirts would be ready in two days but turned out to be four. Called them to verify and they denied the existence of my account for twenty minutes before giving in. Swiped my credit card five times bc "the transaction didn't go through". Last but not least, ruined one of my dress shirts. Bulldog dry cleaning, more like Bullcrap dry cleaning!
It is pretty quiet here. Their wash and fold service kicks butt!
