I had a terrible experience at this location. The first employee helping me took over fifteen minutes just to log me into the system, checking their phone and answering personal text messages. At one point they answered a phone call, apparently from the manager in the back, and disappeared for the next five minutes. I left before they came back. I returned an hour later, asking for help from a different employee, and this one didn't know enough about the plan layout to figure out the complications with my phone plan. Additionally, the first employee (who was still there and helping another customer) could not remember anything regarding prices, plans, and computer protocol. They kept asking the employee who was helping me questions, creating a lengthy and ultimately negative experience. Their solution to problem was just to wish me the best and not much else. There were no alternate solutions given. I went to the Sprint location at Epps Bridge Parkway, and I was able to obtain focused, intelligent, exemplary behavior that fixed the problem that this location said couldn't be fixed. Legitimately, I haven't had such awful service at a Sprint location or any other retail establishment. I was truly embarrassed for this staff.
We were welcomed into the store with smiles and open arms. We dealt with both Rita and Salma, and were quite satisfied. They both were quite patient with myself and my husband. Thank you so much for the professionalism.
The service at this store is pretty fantastic and they're very fast at repairing phones. The reps are pretty attractive too!
I have had two experiences at this store. The first came from me moving off of my parent's plan onto my own plan. The customer service was great, so I thought. However, I repeatedly asked multiple employees what my monthly bill would be. They said it would be a certain number and that the transition would be smoothly. Bill time comes around, and I am paying 30$ extra in service fees I was not aware of while I was asking about my monthly plan. I blames this on being young and naive and not reading all the fine print.
Very friendly and helpful in store. As soon as you leave, however, you drop to non-existent on their priority level. Unreal, I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a simple add-on to come online. Every time I call they say it'll be done by tomorrow, and that the manager will handle it personally. Yet, here we are 2 weeks later. It really gives the perception of laziness, when all you are motivated by is the immediate presence of a customer breathing down your neck. Pick it up sprint.
My second experience came recently after buying a case. I bought a case. When I bought this case, Sprint was going through technical issues, and the employee working could not give me a receipt. She said, however, that the transaction was in the system, and they could just look it up. I realized I did not like the case. I wanted to return it after a day. First day, I tried to return it, Sprint decided to shut their systems down 30 minutes early. Personally, I think this is bad business because if a store says their hours are until a certain time, i expect full-service up until that time. This was no big deal though. The next day I came back, and I was told that without a receipt, I would receive no refund. In order to recieve a refund, I have to come back when that employee that sold me the case was working. I am extremely disappointed that I am playing cat-and-mouse on returning a 2 day-old item.
My two experiences here have been extremely negative. After this transaction, I will seek another Sprint store because I can not genuinely trust a word out of any of the customer service representatives.
