This place has terrible customer service. I went into the store and was told to put my name in the queue and wait to be seen. After waiting for an hour they finally looked at my computer and told me they needed to keep it for a few days to repair it (which took about 5 seconds so I'm not sure why I sat there for an hour). Then they said that my computer would be ready in 3-5 days, but I was told that it would definitely be closer to 3 because it was an easy fix. On day 3, 4, and 5 I called the store but they never pick up their phone... it's very frustrating. Finally on day 7 my computer was ready. Definitely go somewhere else if you can, this place is awful and I would give it zero stars if I could.

iPhone 7 damaged screen? Don't waste your time with third party repairs that can't recalibrate your screen and make sure it's properly water resistant! Only a certified repair center can do this.

Nate was beyond helpful. He comes off as a very honest and good man and listened attentively to everything I had to say! I'm very thankful I wasn't helped by him after my frustrating experiences at other places.

My experience with this store is probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought a product that ended up being faulty. I brought it in to see what the problem was and was told it would be back in 5-7 Days. After 10 I returned to the store only to be told that they had LOST them. I was told then that a new pair would be ordered and be there in 2 Days. 2 Days later I call and am told that they were having issues and had not even been able to place the order yet! It wasn’t until I asked for a refund, that a new pair magically appeared. Every time I called the store, I was told I would be called back. That never happened. No one seemed to care about the fact they lost an item, just business as usual. It also seemed like they were waiting for a refurbished pair to come in to replace my brand new pair that I had bought, otherwise why wouldn’t the new pair had been there the first time?

Simply Mac was the only store available with an open appointment and a same day repair promise. With warranty! I drove the extra hour to them for a reason and it was very much worth it.

Brought my MacBook Pro in for repairs. Authorized a logic board replacement and a battery replacement. Two weeks and $700 later, the original problem is still present and I see they removed my 512GB SSD and replaced it with a 256GB SSD. My MacBook was customized at the original purchase and the standard model SSD was upgraded. Something that was not required for this repair, not mentioned, and NEVER AUTHORIZED. I have used that 512gb hard drive for FIVE YEARS, and yet they wouldn't believe my word or admit their mistake. Should I have to inform a repair service of the parts inside my computer? Do their job for them? As soon as I noticed I walked back in and informed them of their mistake. Their reaction was "well we can't do anything." Can't do anything on guaranteed repairs? Can't fix your mistake? Maybe consumer fraud is what this company does? Because not only did they make a ridiculous profit on guaranteed repairs, but the SSD they removed from my machine is TWICE AS EXPENSIVE as the one they put back. I've known two other people who have had this same "switch" made when their computer was sent in for repairs. Companies like this willfully committing consumer fraud to take advantage of people's lack of knowledge and trust is ruining 'murican capitalism.

Thank y'all!

Tori helped me with my phone pickup and was straight to the point and ready to help the second she noticed me walking her way!

Had a very nice knowledgeable young lady named Matison that helped me with my purchase. She spent a good little while explaining and answering all my questions. She wasn't pushy at all, an awesome employee.

Simply Mac will steal from you!!!!!!
