Great customer service, never had to return any merchandise (unless I was trading it in for store credit for next purchase because I was done with game or system). Most staff knowledgeable on their stuff if one doesn't know the other employee working does. Even when they were training a new guy it was a smooth experience.
Super nice employees! But the current store manager is very unprofessional. The last store manager was so much better. The current one uses curse words towards the customers and seems like he can't even handle his job.
It's good for those who likes games
The manager or associate I don't know (skinny blonde white guy with green Tshirtof league of justice) was extremely helpful. I wanted FF XV for PS4 preowned and he helped me finding one with original case and also while trading in my FFXV for xbox1 the associate in the front was doing a wrong transaction that I pointed out quickly and again the other manager helped me again! He deserves a 5 stars! I just wished I could have asked his name so this review will acknowledge him... Thanks!
Store is kind of chaotic and disorganized. The staff are forced to harass you about trade ins and preorders so that is very annoying to deal with.
