I tried to get someones attention for 20 mins! No one would acknowledge me. Left and went to office depot! They were awesome
Great new building same poor customer service it had on Atlanta highway. Needs new management. Needs a new HR department based on some of the losers working there.
Clean store, but no one offered to help us until a young lady saw us and stopped on her way to another part of the store. She was friendly and called for another associate with more information on the products we were looking for. She was also at the register when we were checking out and was very friendly and took great care of us. She held great conversation with us rather than just ignoring us while she checked us out. I think her name was kandy.
Based on this visit, I did not have any problems finding assistance. I purchased Adobe Photoshop based on conversations with helpful employees and my needs. It is Wednesday 1pm. Good time to shop.
Yet again extremely poor customer service at the Athens, Georgia Best Buy. I was ignored by several employees in the computer area, who seem to go out of their way to avoid eye contact and helping customers. I requested assistance from another employee at customer 'service' who was disinterested and somewhat condescending, but promised to send someone to help me. After almost 15 minutes, I left the store and purchased what I needed from the helpful folks at Bargain Hunt 5 minutes away. Their helpful employees even opened the box, plugged the item into their power outlet to verify the appliance worked. I was in and out of Bargain Hunt in 5 minutes and saved $30. Last year I had a very similar negative experience at this BEST BUY store whilst trying to purchase a TV and a laptop, so it seems to be a theme with the Athens store.
