I got a flat tire (nail in the tread) and went in for a patch earlier this month. It was like $20 and super quick, friendly service. They suggested that I replace the tire, and I just figured they were trying to up sale me. The tire blew out this week, so they were definitely being honest with me. They put a new tire on for me yesterday, and reduced my original quote that they had given me when I got the patch. I was in and out in 40 minutes and made it to work on time! Thanks so much guys!
We love this shop! Fast and efficient service, and they do quality work that your car needs at a good price. I've never been as confident in a shop as I am in this one.
I had to have my car towed over as it had a cracked tail light (misdemeanor). They were accommodating and allowed it and then worked on it the following day and ordered the parts. They finished 1 day ahead of schedule and at a lower price than other dealerships. So far, so good!
First, February 2017 we had an alignment done. The steering wheel was off center and when centering steering wheel while driving caused the car to veer right. Six months passed and the right front tire began to show excessive outside tire ware due to toe not adjusted properly possibly centering steering wheel As well. Second, my most recent visit had me upset because my heater was turned all the cold on blast, my radio was turned off at a higher setting than it was. I turned it down before exiting the car to let them fix it. Also my rear view mirror was moved. All unnecessary things a technician doesn't need to touch. Final thought. Why would a car repair shop give a blank inspection paper to the customer? There is some vital information that would awesome to know. For instance the car needs rear sway bar links, u-joints, engine and trans mounts. This is actual items it needs. There is no mention of this. Also it would be nice to know what tire pressure was put into my tires or maybe even the thread depth. Over all experience was not great and I'll be going else were for my future services and tires. Looking to buy some new BFgoodrich AT and they won't see the money. Lastly I'm going to put this on Google reviews.
Used them for years. Never had a complaint & they really try to work with you as much as they can.
