I had a bad experience with Diversified unfortunately. We dropped my Volvo off because they stated that they had Volvo certified techs. We asked them to diagnose it and call us to proceed. They called and stated it was the transmission and to take it to another shop. Luckily, my husband used to work for Volvo and we knew the issue wasn't the transmission. We took my car to Hawthorne Automotive and they had it diagnosed within an hour that the front axle was barely hanging on. They fixed it within a day and it's running perfect now. No more front wobble. Moral of the story: Don't go to Diversified.
I ran over something and my exhaust was pushed into my car. They fixed it and didn't charge me a penny. Really nice people offering great service.
I was very satisfied with the price and service I got. Besides getting a much better price than I was quoted at another shop, I appreciated the fact that he talked through my options including one that would have been significantly less. Bottom line, I think I found a good honest mechanic.
