I also appreciate being charged only for services needed and at a reasonable rate. I've saved THOUSANDS over the same estimates from the dealership. These guys are not just tires. They can handle anything I throw at them. The entire staff is always professional and I honestly feel that they are trustworthy.

DO NOT go to this place if you are looking to do a repair on your car other than just an oil change or basic tire services. I brought in a car with a rough idle and slight oil leak was charged $1500 for all the work to be done. The car was returned and was unsafe to drive, it would randomly pop out of gear and not move while trying to accelerate. When bringing the car back to tell them about this they tried to say this was because the car had a turbo in it. This makes absolutely zero sense. The car would go way up in the rpm range without moving and then violently jerk forward when the gears would finally catch. So upon receiving the car back for the second time we were told it was good to go and safe. Again the idle was rough (still coming back with the original problem), and then after a few weeks it began to make catastrophic noises in the transmission. It turns out they only put in the bottom bolts in the transmission, so it was left loose and damaged the internal gears. This lack of care has caused a huge amount of stress on us and damage to the car. Save yourself some time and take your car somewhere with experienced technicians for big repairs!
