Great place to take your children on their birthday. They announced my daughter's bday over the intercom, walked us through the store to pick out her toys & helped checked us out. Fast & friendly service!
I purchased a black Friday sale item for my great-granddaughter's birthday. A good... not great price. I noticed they had a 12inch Thomas the Train bike I had purchased elseware in Oct priced at almost 60% more than I paid!!!! Wow!!!!! I have 3 small great grandchilden..so....always looking for good bargains on "surprises". I rarely find super deals at Toys"R"Us!!!!
The customer service sucked tonight been here several times 1st time I was disappointed w/the cashier who ever she was it was bout 5:30 pm she didn't act like she wanted to be there at all let alone talk to customers
The buggies are rusty and leave you worried about your kids getting tetanus and the restrooms rival those of a ran down gas station. The customer service and management is absolutely the worst. If you are local just drive the 45 mins to the Mall of Ga Toy R Us, it's a night and day difference.
I took my 5 year old here to pick a bday gift for some relatives to get for him and the staff were for the most part friendly. It did feel a little odd because at one point I realized one of their staff members was following us everywhere we went. We weren't doing anything out of the ordinary and my son was not taking down toys or causing any kind of trouble so it confused me as to why he felt a need to follow us from place to place. If not for that, I'd have given 5 stars.
