This store has poor customer service to the point I never had a person speak to me and I was the only customer in the store. Try the outlet mall in Commerce the sales people are friendly and helpful.
If I could give zero stars I would. Consistently terrible experiences there. After yesterday's experience, I will NEVER walk thru another Chicos door. I even called to have my name removed from all list. I will not even mail order.
I have always had wonderful customer service from those employed at the Athens Chico's. I enjoy shopping at this Chico's tremendously!
