My package is shown as delivered and it is not and they say they left it at the front door.... i have more than one week calling everyday and they dont give me any solution.... i give them one star because i cant give 0 stars. Worst service ever in the World. Dont use fedex if u want to receive your packages.
Update: The store refunded the charge.

Update: 8/15/17 - Tried this place again this morning. I made 3 B&W copies. My card was charged $35.89. I stopped back by the store to ask about the charges. The manager, "Bonnie", was unhelpful, unapologetic, and blamed me for trying to pay with my smartphone, saying that paying by phone was "not supported" and therefore, I shouldn't try it unless there's a big sign saying it's supported. Worst customer service ever. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
I visit frequently and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that I have to ask for a bag to put my copies in. This is annoying if there is a wait. I use the self service copies and having to wait on assistance for a bag really defeats the purpose of self service.
Have always had great experiences here in my 10 years in Athens. But today I called to ask about some expensive large-format printing, and a lady named Bonnie didn't seem to have time to discuss it, was extremely "short", and gave me an attitude saying things like "I told you this twice already...", etc. Very frustrating. Will take my business elsewhere.
Jerrell was absolutely nice and very helpful about everything. James was an absolute dick and very rude to us. We talked to the manager(Bonnie) and she acted like she didn't even care at all. If y'all go in there, ask for Jerrell. :)
