Dane Guntermann served as our realtor in Athens, GA in 2006 (buyer's side) and 2014-2015 (seller's side). We greatly appreciate his excellent jobs on our house purchase and selling. It was our first time to buy a house in 2006. We finally chose Dane after interviewing 3 realtor candidates, and we believe that we made a right decision. The experiences which Dane taught us at that time was still useful when we purchased our another house after moving to Roanoke, VA. Since Dane provided an excellent service to us in 2006, we chose him again when we decided to sell our Athens house in July 2014. At that time, we had left Athens, and Dane took care of our house at there. We must say that Dane is a very reliable person. Dane helped us find people to paint the internal walls of the house. After we received the house inspection report from the buyer's side in April 2015, Dane helped us negotiate with them to minimize the fixing jobs. Otherwise, it would cost us much more money on some minor places. Overall, we are very satisfied with Dane's service, and we would like to recommend him to other people who want to buy or sell house.
