I have had mixed experience with Realtors both as a Seller and Buyer, but working to buy a house with Alicia Appling was VERY positive; she was an absolute pleasure to work with. From working with my schedule, to listening carefully to what my wife and I were looking for Alicia was fantastic. Very prompt, great follow through, very service oriented, and continued service above and beyond what I expect from a Realtor. From beginning to end all went smoothly. She did a beautiful job presenting houses inside and out. Any potential problems and suggestions for solutions were promptly communicated. I have already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.

Sureeta Raheem-El was our realtor, and from start to finish she made our home buying experience easier. She has excellent communication skills, followed up with us and replied to our texts and phone calls quickly. I've worked with other realtors who weren't responsive or took a couple of days to get back to me. Not so with Sureeta. I can't say enough positive things about her. She's friendly and understanding, and really understood our situation.
