New manager named Marc made sure my food was hot and exactly how I ordered it about time the hired someone new and determined to meet customers needs
It has a been a while since I have had great Pizza Hut pizza. I grew up in the North and my family used to order Pizza Hut from a store right down the road and we always got great, piping hot pizza.
This pizza Hut is the worst. I have order from here before n they have delivered to my house. Today, I called n the stupid girl on the phone was very dumb n she told me she didn't even know the Rd where I live. Really? ?? So why do you work there n you don't even know the Rds in Athens. She told me they didn't delivery to my house but it is odd bc I ordered like a month ago from there n they came to my house. She probably was lying n didn't wanted to take my order. I order from Papas Johns instead n the pizza was delicious. Don't waste your time ordering from here. Very disappointed.
Fast forward a few years and I have a hankering for that correctly made Pizza Hut pizza. I decided to do some research and saw the Epps Bridge location with great marks. I figured I would I give it a try. I was pretty desperate to get a great Pizza Hut pizza.
Imagine my surprise when not only was the staff courteous on the phone and at the store, my pizza was hot, fresh and tasted delicious. Only took them 15 minutes too! Thank God there is a Pizza Hut store in Athens that can do it right.
If you want a great Pizza Hut pizza, go to this store. Don't even waste your time with the Prince Avenue locations and others (the staff that are employed at those locations are unfriendly and couldn't give a care less about actually doing their jobs correctly). The Epps Bridge Pizza Hut is the store you want to order from. Thanks for a great experience!
Upon moving to Athens, I decided to get Pizza Hut from one of my local chains. It was awful. From then on, I swore off Pizza Hut in Athens.
Good pizza
The pizza has gone downhill. Pizza hut used to make the best chain restaurant pizza, but I prefer Domino's now. That sauce though... super tangy extra heart burn. Just don't care for pizza hut, and it used to be the best
