It would be nice if they emailed you a receipt or included it in their text messages... that way if somehow your order gets doubled and you miss it, you atleast catch it before it arrives at your doorstep... over an hour later... Disappointed. Won't be using this service again.
This was our first time ordering and they were great! I called and ordered from the number on the site the gentleman that awnsered the phone was very polite and very knowledgeable about the menus he gave me a delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes coming from the other side of Athens food was still hot and was here within time with friendly service at the door!!! We will be using u guys often!
I'd suggest you back your claims on your website to continue to stay in business. Not to mention the restaurant is less than a mile from my house.
Service, Delivery time, and Pricing are all fair. Great customer service when placing an order. Friendly drivers who knock on your door. This delivery is 100 times better than BullDawg Delivery, in my opinion.
I like the service. They were fast efficient and call back where there was a question on what I ordered. The young lady on tbe phone was personable and knowledgeable.
Ordered food at 7:30 and was told it would take 45 minutes. Their website says food should NEVER take longer than a hour to be delivered. It's now 9:41 and I have yet to get my food. I've called three times to be told "they're understaffed and it would be 15-20 minutes." I can't wait to get my cold food. Even the restaurant employees said this place sucked.
The ONLY downside is a smaller selection of restaurants being covered. However, the friendly service, and great experience make up for that completely. HIGHLY recommend Cinnaholic (The restaurant). Absolute GREATNESS. :-D
