I'm not normally one to post negative reviews of restaurants. However, after recieving my delivery from this Jimmy John's today I am pretty disappointed. After waiting an hour for one sandwich to be delivered, I called the store and was told that they were very backed up today but my order was out for delivery. Although slightly frustrating to wait that long for their "freaky fast" delivery, I can understand being busy and was not too bothered. What I was most upset about is that the sandwich was completely wrong. They sent me the basic sub and did not include any of the things I had requested in my order. Not even the mustard packets. There's really no excuse for ignoring the details of the order altogether. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but I brushed it off before. Being the third or fourth time that they have made the same error, I felt it was worth the time to review.
Waited 40 minutes, called and asked where the order was. They said it was out for delivery. Waited another 20 minutes and called again. They never came to the address but they said when they got there, they called and it was the wrong number. I have the app and it's the correct phone number because they've called it before. Then they said they would just take the same sandwiches and send them with the next driver. What. Make new ones and send it now. We have to wait another 20 minutes for old sandwiches. Thanks, Jimmy Johns.
They stay open super late & ya gotta love their fresh sandwiches, especially the JJ Gar!
They just don't seem to care about the reputation of the brand like they used to not even 2 years ago. Having you wait while the whole lunch break dwindles away and with no expressed concern or remorse. I no longer look to Jimmy John's to rescue me from work hunger.
The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they no longer deliver to my apartment, which is less than ten minutes away. Their quality is on point, and delivery is crazy fast (if you're in their service area).
