Very disappointing. My wife got the half and half with a turkey sandwich that was pitifully small. I could've easily eaten it in two bites, it was like a sad finger sandwich. She went back to in to verify that the sandwich was made correctly. After discussing with an employee who agreed that it was made improperly, the manager came over and instead of apologizing or trying to be understanding, bluntly asked "what do you want to do about it?" Huh? We would like the actual sandwich we paid for. For a chain that supposedly represents quality, our experience was pretty pitiful. They did agree to give her more bread since they claim her bread was cut from the wrong loaf. We will not be back to this location anytime soon.
Extremely disappointed. Panera has always been one of my favorites but after today’s experience I will never be visiting this Panera again!!! While the remodel of this location is very nice and the workers are fairly friendly, I can not believe the portion sizes for the price of food. The bar where you fix drinks, napkins, and utensils is poorly designed. There is absolutely NO counter space to prepare drinks for a family. I am surprised that Panera’s pricing keep rising with their increased desire for a “quick service” mindset.
Love the new remodel! Nice to see businesses update. I love the food here. I don't go here that often because it is a little pricey but the fresh ingredients and quality make it a great treat! Never had a bad experience at this Panera and I've been going here for years.
Panera Bread really does have some wonderful Bakery items. If you're like me you want an extra crispy bagel in the morning and they are happy to run your bagel through the toaster two times so that it's nice and crispy. You can always expect the same great quality whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner when you come to Panera Bread. They really do maintain the highest standards and their industry for their category of restaurant!
Love Panera. Kind of expensive but such good quality. I like the new self-service kiosks. Maybe they could cut prices a little because they don't need as many cashiers...
