Every time I come to Athens I always get Insomnia Cookies. My favorite is the peanut butter, they melt in your mouth. I always receive great customer service as well. Allison is THE BEST. I visit Athens because my best friend lives there. Allison is a familiar face, and always so kind when I come. If I don't make a trip to Insomnia, my trip to Athens is incomplete.
Warm tasty cookies, but you better like your cookies on the soft side if you want to eat them just after purchasing, as they keep them in their warmers until bought. I like eating them once they're cooled and hardened a bit. Twice I have ordered a double chocolate mint cookie only to bite into it and realize they gave me a double chocolate. Their cookie cakes have a good bake. Bonus that they have late delivery hours.
While there is usually a wait (especially on home football game weekends), their cookies are definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend the cookie sandwich!
The cookies were alright. Chick-fil-A has better tasting cookies though.
