The staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. The hotel itself was pretty run done. The side door was broken. The ice machine was broken. The drink machine was broken. Also the breakfast was far from fresh. The rooms were clean but very out dated. The mattresses were VERY old and sunken in. The ONLY reason we didn't leave and stay somewhere else was because the staff were AMAZING!!
The experience here goes up and down. The thing I pride any place on us customer service. A select few here is completely wonderful!
Nice place. The staff were nice and the place is very, very, very quiet. The rooms were bigger than the average hotel room and when you walk in the room you can smell the cleaning supplies--you can smell housekeeping do a great job. I will recommend this place to anybody with a high five rating.
Arrived, but didn't check in!! It was sketchy from the parking lot alone...lots of questionable people lurking about. The hotel is in obvious disrepair. My standards for motels are pretty low, but this was deplorable. Everything seemed to be falling apart. The lobby was filthy. The room I asked to see before checking in smelled of mildew and vinegar. I didn't get the feeling that this is a safe place at all.
Very well kept. The staff was excellent. Everything was great.
