When I 1st got the service I thought it would be great it was such an affordable price. However it came down to me needing roadside assistance which was included in the plan and the company was not able to provide me with assistance so I was stranded. I was suppose to be contact by my rep the next day. I was never contacted even though I had made calls and sent email. Clearly my issue was not a priority. I then get a letter stating that my policy was being cancelled with no reason stated , after a payment was made. I emailed and called my rep , still no return of a call. Clearly customer service is not a strong point and it seems they do not care to keep customers around. The worst service I have received in a while.
