I took the matter over to Mack and he jumped in and shopped and found me the right car insurance plan that was affordable and gave me the coverage that I needed. I will recommend friends and family to them because I know they will to an a amazing job!
I never had a problem with them until my insurance lapsed one time due to financial stress we were under and Chasteen refused to write another application for us. I could understand if we did it all the time. But it only happened one time and they dropped us like worthless bums. They don't care about their customers.
