Well stocked, friendly employees. The meat department is always willing to help you with whatever cut you want. The kroger brand foods are lot of times even better than name brand.
I like Kroger, just wish the store was larger. Everything seems so crammed together. And something is wrong in the freezer section. A lot of leaking and has been that way for a while now. Not sure why it has not been repaired or replaced. But as far as the products and prices that's all good. Thier produce section is wonderful!!
Very helpful staff. I’m from out of state, had no idea where anything was. When I asked an employee to steer me to an item, he walked me over rather than pointing the way, then offered to help with any other items I had on my list.
It's always nice to walk into a "familiar" store when traveling (I'm a long time Kroger shopper). Everyone here was pleasant and helpful. My only negative (hence shorting them a star) is that the store is just over-packed. It really needs a larger footprint to provide everything it's carrying. There's just so much in there, the aisles can't help but be crowded, and it's impossible for 2 carts to pass each in most aisles.
Great customer service, selection of items and plenty of individuals to check people out. The only thing they didn’t work was the lottery ticket machine if that’s of concern to anyone although it wasn’t to me....
