I'd like to give 0 star if I can. This is my first time comment on google, and I'm not that kind of person who comment a lot. But this clinic really makes me frustrating. I made an appointment at 3pm, and after ONE and HALF hour there is still no doctor take care of me, and my throat is still bleeding. It just so bad, and choose a different one if you can. I don't want to treat this as discrimination, but lots of people came earlier than me still got a doctor.
Staff - 2 Stars, they must have been having a bad day. None of them was pleasant. Dr Sheffield was awesome. Great bedside manner, didn't pull punches, told you the problem, outlined the cures and implemented them. 5 stars for him. Over all s 3
The staff was very professional and attentive. Dr. Dempsey was a pleasure to have as a provider. Diagnosed my problem and was straight up and professional. All my appointments were gotten to in a timely manner with hardly any wait time.
I loveeeee ENT of Athens! Dr. Kimbrell and his nurse Sharon are amazing! The best service I have ever received. I wouldn’t take my child any other place!!! They are so sweet and caring, I really felt like they cared about what was going on with my child. The entire staff is so efficient and professional. Even the checkout girl Heather, she is so bubbly and nice!! I would recommend that EVERYONE go to check out.
Saved my hearing in right ear. Very knowledgeable. Dr Blake Kimbrell was great!
