I was seen in Dr.Jenkins office Friday. I got ton of medicines for my asthma I'm still wheezing and coughing up real bad I been out of work for three days I call and ask could a Dr excuse to go back the work the nurse practitioner told me he could not do that I could have phenomena and don't know it I will be looking for a new Dr.. My mother was under there care she died they don't care about there patients.
Took my mother here for treatment and couldn't believe the unprofessional and uncaring way we were treated. No compassion and the front desk acted like we were a burden to be waited on. Come to find out, the doctor wasn't even there so they wanted to cancel it. After raising enough hell about the 30 mile trip we made to get there, they finally got ahold of someone to give her a lung capacity test. Can't believe the doctors run their business like this.
I'm very well pleased with my treatment and the Dr's taking care of me, they are kind and answer all my questions that I had. The nurses are very sweet and concern with my health and well being.
10/23/17 4:30pm.Very frustrated with the office manager.She was very rude and this wasn't the 1st time.The staff and doctors are great it's just the rudeness of the billing office.Sad really that you can be treated with such disrespect. 10/24/17 At 7:15 pm I subsequently talked to the office managers boss and now have gotten everything straightened out.l really appriciate you Ms Sherry for helping us get everything back in order and you are amazing bc you even took your own time as last as it was to try to help me n my wife.You are indeed a class act!
My initial experience went very well, diagnoses was spot on and I am now using a Cpap machine for over two years. What isn't run well is their billing department. Long story short, I received a two year old bill for almost $260 for equipment they erroneously sent me which I can't use. When I contacted them two years earlier they made no mention of sending the equipment back or any billing concerns. Apparently someone in the office was reconciling accounts and found that my bill was never paid by insurance or privately. At no time did they reach out to me concerning my account for over two years. The billing manager makes mention of all their clients and I am not the only account they have to address. Well your work load is not my concern how you handle my account is my concern. If you would like me to be concerned about your other accounts I will gladly come to your office and help you figure out how to get it done, and how to treat your clients. If this was my business and money wasn't coming in as it should, I would have to question the people running my office...
