I love Publix and their employees, however very recently this location has started to go down-hill. Particularly the hot food deli section (chicken fingers, etc.) it is continuously neglected and never fully stocked and they don't seem to have an agenda to replenish it anytime soon either. There are a couple of women also at the hot-deli section who are rude to customers- with the image Publix has to withhold staff hiring for this location should be taken more seriously... I know this is an excepting liberal town but come on Publix.
I've been to this location a few times and each experience proves to be more disappointing than the last. The young black woman working behind the counter in the hot deli section seems to have an aversion to eye contact and facing the person they are speaking to. When I asked if they had more of a certain item(which you'll have to do bc they never have anything stocked up) the woman mosied to back then came up front after a few minutes mumbling and chewing saying there was none.
Always a clean and friendly environment. Chris hooked me up with an amazing Publix sub and also took care of our Deli cuts. Chris made my experience at Publix a memorable one!

Very clean supermarket with terrific selection of products. Plus, the staff was quite courteous and helpful. I'll definitely be going back.
