Clean, clear appearance. Helpful employees. One minus; the young female cashier was so interested in her personal conversation that I found my 6-package of 60 watt light bulbs had broken ones when I got to my vehicle.
I usually have viewed Publix with the same standards as chick-fil-a, however this Publix on Atlanta hwy Athens is by far the worst. The staff has terrible attitudes, the deli in particular. The older ladies are not courteous and seems to always be having a bad day. The last few visits here they have about 10 pieces of dried up chicken in the warmer. When you ask for a larger amount than what they have available they get an attitude and say it's going to be a wait do you still want it? Yes I still want it, then eyes roll. I'm a paying customer and if I am paying for it I want what I want, if you don't like your job then you should not work on a job dealing with the public and you greet them with a frown. Publix needs to screen their employees better and put them in better positions. Maybe they need to put them cleaning the bathrooms where they do not have to deal with anyone. Publix do better.
My visits are always great , there's a good variety of unusual foods and cheesesto purchase . Young beat the choices of meats. All around good visit.
Love it..Been shopping here since they opened. .The service is great, the personnel is wonderfully helpful and the prices are great. .
