The staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. I went to get my bow realigned recently and one gal in particular, Deb was super helpful and seemed to know what she was doing. Overall, great service.
They had what I was looking for and the staff was nice. I don't love shopping at big retail stores. I just feel like I can find a better price if I look hard enough. They have a lot of stuff so if you need something quick there's a good chance they'll have it.
I love shopping here for all my Sporting Goods needs I recently made a lot of purchases several weeks in a row in which the last time that I went there I seen that a golf item that I purchased was $25 cheaper because it was on sale this particular week the manager came back and she gladly gave me my discount with no problem I will always shop there for all of my Sporting Goods needs this place is awesome
They are alright, store looks nice, but they don't treat their employees right. If you can't treat your employees like family, it shows and DSG is just about making money, not for the concern of its employees. Other than that, the golf and hunting and lodge sections are nice. The bike section used to look good with great service before they screwed over their bike tech.
I'm not sure how to rate a Dick's sporting goods. Gonna give this place 3 stars because they are almost entirely expensive apparel and are very thin on actual sporting goods. I have been to other Dick's (like Mall of GA) and they have much better selections of hunting, sports, camping, hiking, golf, and boating gear.
