I'm writing this review after one interaction with the company at their place of business, and a second at my home.
They were very quick to respond to my call, were very affordably priced, and did a great job repairing my water line. Highly recommend.
I'm tough on contractors, but these guys? Highly recommend.
Had a water heater problem one morning, called All American, and the guys were there within the hour. fixed my problem in about half an hour. I also had a problem with my garbage disposal, but forgot to mention it before they left. I called and told them I forgot about it and within no time they were back to fix it. Price was fair and the guys were really helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately, I was unable to perform the repair, but not because of anything on his end. This job requires you to muscle up on something that I'm worried I'll break, so I decided to let the professionals handle it. I called them back, explained what happened, and they gave me a 2-hour window that works with my schedule to come fix it.
They showed up when they said they would, knocked out the repair in less than an hour, and charged me the minimum cost of a service call.

I went into the store recently, described the problem, and showed the gentleman at his desk on the left side of the store some pictures of my specific hardware. Instead of trying to sell me parts I didn't need, or insist on doing the work himself, he sold me $5 worth of parts, and gave me some tips on how to do it myself.
Called about 9:48 a.m. and they were here by 10:30 a.m. Doesn't get much quicker than that. Answered any questions i had, very professional. Would recommend. Phone service also friendly.
