Dr. Smith (PT) and Nettie (front desk) always make the experience pleasant. I have had chronic problems for quite some time and Andy has showed me many new exercises that are making my pain much more tolerable and my mobility much improved. He does a great job of both explaining exercises and the reasons for each. Nettie's positive attitude and attentiveness to patients makes me feel more comfortable. Both Andy and Nettie do a nice job of making me feel like I am not a problem or just another patient to get through before the day's end (which has been a very rare thing based on my experiences with sports medicine and rehabilitation!).
