Worst Dr. experience ever. Terrible communication by the Dr. and nurses. Very rude and clueless front desk receptionist. Came for simple throat pain, a week later and have only gotten extremely worse in all areas. (Throat, ears, sinus pressure, cold sweats and no sleep.) Just find another office.
I have been there about five times over the years. Each time they were helpful, professional and affordable.
PLEASE do not go here, I will be letting all my friends and family know. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a doctor. I went here because it was a Friday night and neither of my regular doctors could see me. I had a splinter in the bottom of my foot, I didn't want to try to take it out myself. So I saw the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life there...he used a scalpel to cut a large hole in my foot, rather than carefully remove the splinter. Nine days later, the wound is still bleeding, it is not healing, I have not been able to walk in over a week and still in a great deal of pain. I have a very very serious regrets of ever going here.
Terrible experience. Almost all urgent care facilities will let patients provide their insurance info via a picture on their phone - NOT this place. I mean, it's 2017 and this place will not accept an electronic copy of your insurance. Horribly rude receptionist who said "we can't do that here," even though another receptionist said they could. This place needs to get their act together. Should have avoided this place after I saw all the negative reviews.
I have visited here several times and have always had a pleasant experience. The wait tme has varied, but way shorter than visting the E.R. The staff has always been pleasant and professional.
Dr Mackey and med.asst. Kimberly were both awesome!!!
