HORRIBLE experience!!! The lady made several of my nails bleed because she was so rough on my manicure. When She saw my nails were bleeding she just shrugged and said " they'll heal" like it wasn't a big deal.. For my pedicure someone was in the chair before me and they didn't even drain the water all of the way before telling me to put my feet in. The water was freezing and I asked numberous times for them to make it warmer. I called ahead to ask how much it would be for a gel manicure and pedicure and they said $50.
I get to the register and it is almost 70. So I had to pay 70 for a completely painful and miserable experience. If you're reading this and considering going... don't!
I wanted really short SNS that didn't look chunky or too square. I feel like Bao listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. My nails are not too thick either. I have been to several nail places in town-and plan to come back to this one for SNS-as the results are the most aesthetic. Price was $40, so about $5 higher than what everyone else is charging.
This place is horrible!! I wanted to walk out without paying. They filed my nails uneven and couldn't seem to figure out how to paint my entire nail and actually put a solid color on them. I have patches. When I tried to get her to fix them she just gave me more attitude then complained to another lady. A gentleman walked in to get a pedicure and all the employees laughed at him. The "massage" hurt and actually does more damage than good.
Sadly, I will not be back to this nail salon after my last experience. The technician I had to do my pedicure...y'all she was horrible! She did not do a good job at all and even pinched the cuticle on my big toe so hard it bled! She did not do a good job with any part of the pedicure. She couldn't even paint the nails. She kept having to clean up her messes and mistakes. Absolutely horrible! My SNS manicure: Well, it wasn't that bad, but it definitely was not up to par. The nail file that was used was dirty and old, and he stuck glue all over my fingernails. I had to ask to wash my hands after both of my services were finished. I still gave the place three stars, because I have gotten awesome services there on multiple occasions. If you manage to get the owner, Brian, he will do a fantastic job!! Some of his staff, I'm sorry, but I think they need to choose a different career path.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went here the first time in Aug. 2017 for my first experience with sns nails. I arrived at this place at 3:30 and didn't get my nails completed until 7:30 (4 hours). The girl wasn't experienced and didn't know what the hell she was doing. My nails were super lumpy and thick and filed uneven. I got so upset the manager took over and had to file the product back down to my natural nail to make the sns nails more thinner and natural. As the manager worked to correct the error on my nails, I was surrounded by three other people on her staff included the tech who screwed up the job. The manager worked on my nails as she spoke to her staff in a foreign language around me showing them the correct way to do sns nails. I felt like the gunnie pig with nail students observing the teachers work. I can for nails and a pedicure. After the completion the manager told me I would'nt be charged, so I then had my pedicure. As I was checking out to pay, the lady rang up the "full price for the nails and a pedicure price. I had to stand there with the whole salon guests looking on I had to argue with the the manager and two others insisting I had to pay for the entire job. I agreed to pay $52.00 instead of $90.00 dollars they were trying to charge. I had them call the police so the office would witness them not overcharging my debit card. I am a professional stylish 60 year old female, and this was my first time that I had to debate with a bunch of women at the register trying to make me pay for such poor service and horrible looking nails. I was already there for 4 hours and the manager had the gall to tell me she would soak off the nails if I didn't want to pay for them. I refused and paid the agreed upon final $52.00 when was for lousy service and lousy experience and lousy look thick nail. DON'T GO TO THIS MONEY HUNGRY POOR SERVICE PLACE. Tonya
