My husband and I walked in & walked the whole entire store and not once.. not even when we walk past them at the front counter did we get a "hi" or "can we help you with anything" nothing... So we left..
Recently bought a recliner from your Athens store. Within the first 2 weeks the recliner developed problems with the electrical motor. I called the store and a maintenance person was sent right out. They checked the recliner and agreed to provide me with a new recliner. Once the new chair was delivered the arm rest collapsed. Once again I called to report the problem. Maintenance men came out and repaired the chair within 1 day. Great place to do business with. All the employees are extremely nice and go beyond to make sure you are satisfied...
Went here looking for a dining room set. I was the only one in the store browsing. No one asked me if I needed help nor was I greeted when I walked in and I made eye contact with one lady that was behind the counter. I saw 2 people behind the counter. This Badcock is nothing like the one I'm used to. If it wasn't almost an hour from where I lived, I'd definitely go to it.
Love Mr. Mike and the staff, easy going, nice and friendly. I don't like to shop but don't mind this store. Have shopped in other furniture stores and couldn't wait to get out, the sales people just follow you around. I get to look at Badcock and then can find staff easily to help me. Thanks!!!
