I give Kohls four stars. The store overall, the selection of clothes, the size ranges, the merchandise variety, the availability of merchandise...all of that I rate five stars. It's one of my favorite places to shop. However, I don't recommend trying to get a job there. Interviews are conducted in large group style. The hiring process is a bit of a joke.
Needed some help with an item today. Employee was rude and acted like we were bothering her. She was near the women's workout clothing section. We then proceeded down the the register by the shoe department to check out as that's the end we parked on and the cashier also acted like we were a bother. Definitely low moral in that store. It's one of the reasons I don't shop there very often.
I am a fan of Kohl's. I like to browse the men's wear or sport's wear. Always find a sale item I like.
Research has shown polyester is breaking down in the wash cycle and entering the food chain.
Too much of what they sell here is polyester.
Otherwise, the prices are reasonable when one includes the discounts.
Actually was a great shopping experience for me. Not much of a crowd and very conveniently located. Everything was well stocked and well sorted. I was in and out and got some great sales deals. I will definitely return. I only deducted a star because...well....I hate shopping and wish the store could be smaller. Massive stores are a trend that I hope goes away. Make substores within a central store...easy in, easy out.
We are poisoning the planet with polyester and we must stop.
