Website said it had "prom dresses" BUT NO..... wasted my time driving all the way here and it ended up being like an old lady party dresses that were nasty...
Wish I could give negative stars! This is the second time we've shopped this Belk only to receive terrible customer service! We had to wait for the associates to finish a personal conversation. When 1 of the girls finally came to check us out, she was rude and curt. We bought some clothes for our daughter. One of the items was on clearance and rang up incorrectly. My wife reminded her it was 50% off which seemed to thoroughly annoy the cashier. She corrected the price and I handed her a $100 (total was ~$37). She looked at the bill and asked if that was all I had. I said it was unless I needed to use my credit card. As she sighed, she said no, but making change would wipe her out! We will not be back! I'll throw the clothes away rather than go back to return them!
Ray at the fragrance is reson I come to Belk in Athens. They should give him a raise.
Belks has been at GA Square Mall forever. I hope it will stay where it is. It's so convenient.
